A big THANK YOU to everyone who came out for the Fishtown Shad Fest yesterday! I had a great day enjoying the unseasonable warmth with other enthusiasts of the neighborhood. I was happy to see a few of my favorite fellow vendors, but also excited to meet some great artists! Also, our tent was across from a BBQ stand, so you know we were psyched on that...Speaking of meats, I have some exciting news regarding Scrapple wares!! First off, can I just say how much I love talkin' scrapple at craft fairs? "You don't really like that stuff do you?" oh, yes I do! We met some great scrapple enthusiasts yesterday complete with a recommendation for homemade boar scrapple (!) at a local eatery and a first-hand account of how scrapple is made at Habbersett's - don't worry, I won't repeat it.
Anyway, I am happy to report that Julianna and I just completed our third (fourth?) run of I Heart Scrapple t-shirts! Get 'em from my Etsy shop
